Users shall refrain from using the Service for any commercial activities, including but not limited to cryptocurrency mining, hosting production workloads, or any activities not directly related to their learning. 6. Intellectual Property

  1. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the Service ("Materials") provided by the Provider are protected by all relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights and applicable laws. All Materials contained in the Service are the property of the Provider or our third-party licensors.
  2. The Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service, including its content, solely for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Materials for any commercial purpose unless explicitly authorized by the Provider.

7. Termination of Use

The Provider will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible.
  2. The Provider reserves the right to perform routine maintenance on the Service, which may result in temporary interruptions. The Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance, except in the case of emergency maintenance or critical updates. Maintenance may be conducted without prior notice if the Provider deems it necessary for the security, stability, or functionality of the Service.
  3. The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue aspects of the Service, including adding or removing features or altering functionality, at its sole discretion. The Provider will provide users with reasonable notice of any material changes that may significantly impact their use of the Service. 9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of Galicia, Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Provider reserves the right to make modifications to these Terms at any time. Revised versions of these Terms will be posted to this Service. Unless otherwise specified, any modifications to the Terms will take effect the day they are posted to this Service. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to discontinue your use of the Service.
