About
Hi, I'm Jaime Frutos. As a Software Engineer with over 18 years of experience, I know firsthand how difficult and time-consuming it can be to master new technical skills.
After mentoring dozens of engineers over the years, these are the main lessons I learned:
- Learn by doing: Watching videos and reading tutorials are not enough to master a new skill. You need hands-on practice to fully understand what you are learning. In our labs, you can apply new concepts as you are learning them.
- Skip the setup time: Building realistic environments where you can experiment freely and break things can take hours or even days. That's valuable time you could spend improving your skills. With this platform, you can launch real Linux environments in seconds and start practicing right away.
- Focus on one concept at a time: Some topics are challenging and take time to fully grasp. Trying to learn too many things at once can be overwhelming and slow you down. Each scenario here focuses on one main concept so you can build your knowledge one step at a time.
I have always had a passion for teaching and sharing my knowledge with others. My goal is to create a place where learners can practice, fail and grow in a real environment, without the hassle of setting up everything from scratch. I'm excited to help you improve your skills with the hands-on scenarios I've designed.
I'd love to hear your thoughts! If you have any feedback or just want to chat about your learning experience, please let me know here or send me an email.
Let's improve together!
